DOSBox 0.74 (MorphOS)

Quick atempt to recompile recent DOSBox version for MorphOS. Not tested, but it seems to be fine.

-1: Rebase previous version to 0.74 and recompile using new compiler revision (It may produce problems ...)

Notes: In case of sound problems try to disable "Low CPU priority" in SDL prefs
